I am an instructional designer with 8.5 years of commended performance in Instructional Design and Technical Writing. I am proficient in working on instructional design deliverables such as CBTs, ILTs, and WBTs; and technical writing deliverables such as Online User Documentation, User Guides, Procedure Manuals, Release Notes, and Installation Guides.
I have completed Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning and Masters in English from University of Pune.
I have worked with different types of input material to create customized instructional materials for WBT and ILT. I have expertise in working with elearning tools like Captivate 9, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline 2 and Camtasia. In my previous work tenure, I have conducted trainings for the team on Captivate, Articulate Storyline 2, Camtasia and ID Theories. I am good at creating ILT, WBT templates, and frame language guidelines/checklists. I have sound knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM and 508 standards. I worked as an estimator for elearning projects.
Along with strong instructional design experience, I have knowledge of SDLC and DDLC. I have worked on Online User Documentation, User Guides, Procedure Manuals, Release Notes, and Installation Guides. I have worked on technical documentation tools like RoboHelp, FrameMaker, and MS Word. I can adept in expressing complex technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly manner.
